La prima cosa da fare è sicuramente esporre bene la foto, cioè non spostarsi oltre la linea sulla dx dell'istogramma altrimenti si bruciano le alte luci e non si riescono più a recuperare nella p.p. Poi per quanto riguarda quest'ultima ci sono molti metodi per recuperare i bianchi troppo alti e sicuramente io non sono uno molto bravo in questo, ti posso dire che le recupero in camera raw abbassandole sotto la soglia dei 250. Ciao alla prossima

come ti è già stato fatto notare tagliare la zampa e bruciare la neve non dona molto.
comporre la foto un pelino indietro può aiutare ad evitare il problema, e prima di scattare farsi un giro d'occhio sui lati del fotogramma aiuta a verificare che non ci sia qualcosa che "stoni". per quanto riguarda i bianchi vale la pena fare uno scatto di prova quando sei sulla neve e verificare il comportamento dell'esposimetro. se ti brucia le alte luci compensi una volta per tutte. vale lo stesso se l'esposimetro sottoespone.
