il file che esce dalla fotocamera è quasi tutto su tonalità rosse con i contrasti molto forti. Il cielo tende ad un rosso scuro ed il verde al bianco. Questo è il risultato della classica conversine che si fa dell'IR col miscelatore canale. I colori dell'IR sono spesso imprevedibili e soggetti al tipo di lente, sensore e di filtro applicato sulla macchina
