excellent and all the rest of the composition, colors and light management but I see some artifacts on the edges of the illuminated spire

I had to save a very low quality and degraded a little sharpness.

This is Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain Park in Colorado. Small pond very photogenic, you can get there with about 2 km of road in the woods. That morning I was very torn about whether to go, the convenient alternative was the largest lake at the bottom next to the car park at the trailhead was the sign of the ranger that they apprehended the sighting of two bears on the trail a few days before and my last wish was finding myself alone with the bears in the worst period in which they have puppies ...... but with little serenity went on.

I never spot metering, in these long exposures with very dark filter manually go and look at the histogram

Molto bella la composizione e la luce. Chissà quanti posti magnifici hai visto negli USA.

Very nice composition and light. Who knows how many great places you've seen in the U.S.. Certainly meet the bear is not the best. Do you think that in these days in the valley where I live (Scalve Valley) was spotted a female bear. They say they have with them two children. Honestly, at this time I did not really want to wander in the woods when there is still dark.

very nice photo, I am fascinated and curious, excuse the question: what do you mean to expose manually? the machine is in spot, semi-spot or matrix? and the points of maf on which is read exposure are one or multiple? thanks for the explanation, but I have never competed in the countryside and I would start.

First, the machine is on a tripod (of course), I focus an intermediate point, with 24 to f11 say I set so that everything is in focus. I'm almost always in the matrix, but when you filter thick and dark enough to not see through the best exposure in manual and adjust the RGB curves appear in schermino there. + Or not I know that with the filters for x time I choose y and z for the shadows for the lights high, and do a bracket, you do not always guesses, but with 3 raw available covers a little of everything the dynamic range serving in this shot.

Well, now you can appreciate in full, wonderful picture!
I think a little note machi wire sharpness on plants (the green ones), perhaps due to a bit 'of wind moved the branches. (Happened to me in several shots but for what we can not do anything)

thanks eru, almost as if to make the hdr, only funds that then levels without hdr. right?
the filter nd only to lower the time and do silky h2o right?

Saluti

Fox

I had already seen your image long ago if only remember the question bears. A nice shot with beautiful light. Even the plants I left I see a little soft compared to those of right.

Greetings

Fox

luce, colori e tecnica ottmi, come al tuo solito. Hai provato anche una compo verticale?

light, color and technique ottmi as your usual. Have you tried with an optional vertical?

The low resolution image does not do justice :) Much, much better than the HD version, very good shot.
