ciao ti dico quello che mi piace e quello che mi convince meno... bene l'idea... l'accostamento pasta, ricotta e fave che è molto primaverile e anche cromaticamente si presta bene... hai dato molta attenzione a mettere una sfondo e una tovaglia... ok..
nella composizione a mio modo di vedere c'è troppo.... il food è un tipo di still life in cui luce e composizione devono essere armoniosi e creare quasi un'opera d'arte visuale.. qui hai voluto mettere troppe cose ( troppe fave... troppe bucce, troppa pasta) il bicchiere è inutile così come la copertura di plastica sopra la ricotta.... lo sfondo è troppo vicino e quindi troppo presente... la tovaglia azzurra non la vedo benissimo con i colori bianco, giallo verde degli ingredienti...
la luce è anomina e crea ombre un po' dure ( sotto il piatto di pasta è molto evidente l'ombra...)
se posso suggerirti, la prossima volta cerca di concentrarti su meno elementi.... qui bastava un accenno di penne rigate sfuse davanti ( bastano due o tre pezzi)...con un piccolo recipiente accanto con le fave ( non tantissime) e dietro ancora ( in una composizione tutta verticale) la ricotta fresca ben visibile.... per sfondo ti scegli una finestra da sovraesporre e sfocare ed il gioco è fatto....
attenzione.... so quanto sia difficile fare una buona foto di food.... un caro saluto e alla prossima

in the composition in my view there is too much .... the food is a type of still life in which light and composition must be harmonious and create almost a work of visual art .. here you wanted to put too many things ( too many beans ... too many skins, too much pasta) the glass is useless as the plastic cover over the ricotta .... the background is too close and therefore too ... this tablecloth blue I do not see very well with the colors white, yellow, green ingredients ...
the light is anomina and creates shadows a bit 'hard (under the pasta dish is very obvious the shadow ...)
if I may suggest, the next time you try to concentrate on fewer items .... here it took was a hint of penne loose front (just two or three pieces) ... with a small vessel alongside with broad beans (not many) and behind yet (in a composition across vertical) fresh ricotta visible .... for background you choose a window to overexpose, and blur, and that's it ....
attention .... I know how difficult it is to make a good picture of food .... a warm greeting and the next:-P
