Nibbio. Essendo una silhouette non ne ho certezza assoluta ma direi anche reale per il disegno chiaro, non facilmente apprezzabile, del sottoala e per il capo che non sembrerebbe scuro. Se abiti nel meridione la cosa è ancor più probabile.
Kite. Being a silhouette I have no absolute certainty but I would also real for drawing clear, not be easily appreciated, the underwing and the head that would not look dark. La prima impressione è stata effettivamente per il nibbio bruno ma guardate lo stacco tra testa-collo e corpo; il primo sembra essere chiaro. Tenete presente che è una silhouette. Anche nel sottoala, più a dx, sinota uno stacco nel piumaggio che non è proprio del bruno. A favore di quest'ultimo la coda (non si notano tracce di grigio) ed il Trentino . In conclusione qualche dubbio è lecito.
