La D50, non e' macchina recente ma ho letto nelle specifiche che "Il salvataggio delle immagini avviene sia in formato NEF ( RAW) + JPEG ( in bassa qualità)..., , sia in JPEG", ... nella confezione anche il software PictureProject.
Non mi viene facile suggerirti una soluzione anche perche' uso Hardware e software Canon (per fotoritocco piu' elaborato utillizzo anche un altro software di fotoritocco).
Non so se utilizzi il programma a corredo della reflex di Nikon per visualizzare/ritoccare le foto, di certo la tua reflex, i dati di scatto (dati exif) tra cui i dati Iso, presumo li memorizzi senz'altro, devi verificare le impostazioni di visualizzazione del software in uso o quelle in macchina se ti rendono, come dovrebbero, i dati Iso in mancanza dovresti provare a verificare la presenza di aggiornamenti software sul sito Nikon (forse Nikon View NX 2), come altra alternativa, provare ad installare un software di fotoritocco di altri produttori da reperire sul web (ce ne sono molti, anche gratuiti/freeware).
Mi spiace Giulietta non poterti aiutare di piu' (non e' facile cosi' sui due piedi), ma penso che sia una cosa senz'altro sistemabile; presumo che la soluzione sia nelle casistiche dianzi prospettate (impostazioni di visualizzazione/memorizzazione dati di scatto in macchina, oppure software di visualizzazione/fotoritocco da aggiornare e sostituire con un altro "solo" dopo averlo provato e verificato che funziona come ti aspetti e renda le informazioni attese, se non ti convince al massimo poi lo disinstalli e lo rimuovi dal pc): "auguri".

Best wishes, Claudio Il formato Raw (formato grezzo) e' il file sul quale si possono fare i migliori interventi di fotoritocco in quanto si lavora suli dati originari di scatto che non hanno pertanto subito interventi di elaborazioni significativi da parte dell'elettronica e dal processore interno alla fotocamera come avviene invece per i file Jpeg nei quali, il file risultante dallo scatto, seppur apparentemente perfetto, e' gia' stato di fatto oggetto preventivo di elaborazione prima di poterlo visualizzare al display (parte delle informazioni, gia' ottimizzate, non sono piu' presenti nel file Jpeg in uscita), se confronti il "peso" in Megabyte di due foto uguali, ma una fatta in Jpeg e l'altra in formato Raw, vedrai che le loro dimensioni sono molto diverse, il Jpeg e' molto piu' leggero, e' una specie di formato grafico "compresso", ma con una buonissima qualita' finale di rappresentazione della foto, i file che produce sono piu' leggeri e portabili su vari dispositivi e piattaforme (pc, televisori moderni, smarthphone, ecc), mentre il formato Raw, e' molto piu' potente (e piu' pesante in termini di file e di risorse che impegna in fase di fotoritocco) ma consente interventi molto piu' estesi ed approfonditi in post produzione/fotoritocco, difficilmente replicabili od ottenibili lavorando su un file jpeg.
Di fatto da un file Raw, si possono ottenere infinite varianti della stessa foto lavorando sullo stesso file, con l'enorme vantaggio di poter ripristinare la foto originaria dallo stesso file Raw in caso di problemi (meglio comunque lavorare su una copia del file, si sa mai...).
Prima di pensare ad un aggiornamento della reflex (che puoi valutare quando lo ritieni opportuno), a mio parere potresti provare prima a valutare di dotarti di un programma di fotoritocco di base, (non sono esperto ma leggo che Google Picasa, per esempio, e' un programma semplice di cui si parla bene ed e' anche in Italiano, oppure provare a scaricare quello di Nikon ed installarlo sul pc se e' in versione "Free", all'inizio qualche disagio ci sara' se non sei abituata ad utilizzare programmi software di fotoritocco, ma penso che sia uno sforzo che valga la pena fare anche perche' puo' aiutarti moltissimo a gestire ed ottimizzare ancora meglio i tuoi scatti.
Anch'io come penso piu' o meno tutti, ho fatto gavetta con i software di fotoritocco, ora non insegno certo nulla a nessuno, pero' un poco mi difendo (anche con le unghie).
