"Sveglia" a mezzanotte; mi cambio, preparo la borsa, treppiede, tutto e carico la roba in macchina. Sarei dovuto andare solo, ma questa volta ho avuto un ospite "d'eccezione" con me: mia mamma! Non mi ha mai accompagnato nelle mie uscite (non è interessata alla fotografia) ma non aveva mai visitato la Val d'Orcia, e visto che io andavo si è proposta di accompagnarmi; per quanto sorpreso, ho accettato la proposta! Dopo due ore e più di viaggio, si arriva alla prima location: la chiesa della Madonna di Vitaleta. Non c'ero mai stato quindi non conoscevo bene la stradina sterrata, ma alla fine anche a buio si arriva facilmente. Posto davvero incantevole, c'era una tranquillità e una pace assoluta, paragonabilissima a quella che si trova in cima ad un monte! Questo è lo scatto che ne è uscito fuori dalla prima tappa!
