Sinceramente, dalla foto credo sia quasi impossibile arrivare a una determinazione esatta, ci sono troppe zone (scure) del corpo della "mosca" che non si vedono bene. Premesso questo, è un Dittero (ha due sole ali), direi appartenente alla famiglia Rhagionidae, e come specie azzarderei:

Chrysopilus flaveolus

Come ho già consigliato ad altri utenti del sito riguardo le foto di insetti, sarebbe anche utile sapere dove è stata scattata, per un entomologo (anche dilettante!) è una informazione importantissima.
