La vanessa io o occhio di pavone, ritratta ad ali chiuse su di una pianta di lavanda. In questo scatto ho cercato di risaltare le magnifiche sfumature che difficilmente si possono notare ad occhio nudo, in quanto sembra totalmente nera. E' possibile osservare un complesso disegno, con sfumature che vanno dal nero, all'azzurro grigio.
