Quando il sottobosco si popola di estesi cespugli di Anemone nemorosa L, è giunta definitivamente la primavera. Nel Parco dei Castelli Romani e nei Monti Prenestini, fino a maggio inoltrato, si susseguiranno moltissime fioriture.
