La costruzione della rocca, nella sua forma attuale, fu avviata da Ezzelino da Romano nel 1245 e portata a termine dai membri della famiglia Tempesta dopo la sua morte. La Rocca dei Tempesta, si raggiunge dalla piazza attraverso un ponticello. Luogo molto bello, lungo la passeggiata si ammirano anatre, cigni, piccioni, ghiandaie... Di notte lo spettacolo è assicurato:luci e suggestioni...Scatto del 7-4-2015

Ci vado molto spesso ...Eeeek!!!osservo tutto, ma falchi mai visti.
Ci son moltissime coppie di germani ora con numerosi anatroccoli piccini piccini, una solitaria anatra Anser cygnoides,una coppia di cigni enormi, gracchi,piccioni,e una nutria. Secondo me se ci fosse un falco non ci sarebbero così tanti anatroccoli...
Un paio di rapaci li ho sentiti e visti a Castelfranco (Tv) alle mura...i piccioni e le cornacchie erano terrorizzati!
