La foto è stata scattata a marzo del 2012 nei boschi alle pendici del monte Sirente, poco dopo le abbondanti nevicate che avevano colpito tutta la fascia adriatica. Quel giorno abbiamo visto diverse carcasse di caprioli sbranati dai lupi ma questa... era l'unica ad avere la testa.
The photo was taken in March of 2012 in the woods on the slopes of Mount Sirente, shortly after the heavy snowfall that hit the entire Adriatic coast. That day we saw several deer carcasses thrown to the wolves ... but this was the only one with his head. e si, fanno proprio una bella pulizia e non lasciano nulla, a meno che non vengano disturbati. Due anni fa ho visto una cosa simile e poco oltre c'era la pelliccia, sembrava l'avessero conciata...non aveva il minimo brandello di carne. Qualcuno grida "al lupo al lupo"...io lo chiamo equilibrio naturale...w i lupi!!! se solo si facessero fotografare più volentieri...!!!
and yes, they do a really good cleaning and leave nothing, unless they are disturbed. Two years ago I saw a similar thing and just beyond there was the fur, it seemed they had tanned ... had not the slightest shred of flesh. Someone cries "wolf wolf" ...
