Paesaggio, composizione e atmosfera mi piacciono molto, forse avrei tenuto leggermente più bassi i toni scuri per diminuire l'effetto foschia della salsedine, ma è questione di gusti, sicuramente da questo tuo scatto esce un'Islanda diversa, nei luoghi e nello stile da quella che ci viene solitamente proposta e già questo è un grande merito!

Caterina, in effetti dell'Islanda si vedono una quantità inusitata di immagini ogni giorno. Putroppo molte di esse sembrano scattate dallo stesso fotografo e nelle stesse immutabile condizione di luce. L'Islanda dei social network fotografici è uno stereotipo dell'Islanda stessa. Eppure c'è tanto altro in quel luogo al di fuori di ciò che si percepisce da quelle immagini. Mi fa molto piacere quindi leggere cosa hai scritto! Non so se mai riuscirò in questo, ma spero un giorno, con le mie fotografie, di raccontare l'Islanda che mi arriva al cuore e mi cattura l'anima, l'Islanda dove la natura scrive poesie ogni giorno.

Catherine, in fact Iceland you see an unusual amount of images daily. Unfortunately, many of them seem taken by the same photographer and under the same immutable condition of light. Iceland social network photo is a stereotype of Iceland itself. Yet there is much more in that place outside of what is perceived by those images. I am very pleased then read what you wrote! I do not know if I ever get into this, but I hope one day, with my photographs, to tell Iceland that I get to the heart and soul catch me, Iceland where nature writes poetry every day. Ciao Vincenzo , mi piace moltissimo il tuo stile ed i tuoi lavori e ti reputo uno dei migliori però questo scatto non mi ha convinto molto e la prima cosa che ho detto è ottima compo ma questa dominante rosata secondo me è poco credibile e la post sembra un pò troppo forzata in questo senso ... anch'io come Caterina avrei preferito i toni scuri ancora più bassi così mi sembra un pò slavata sopratutto la scogliera  boh io la rivedrei tu che ne pensi ?

Grazie Bob70 per le osservazioni: per quanto mi riguarda sono soddisfatto della resa di questa immagine. La situazione era molto particolare a causa della grande quantità di spray alzato dal mare in tempesta e dal vento che era fortissimo. Per quanto riguarda il tono rosato questo è accaduto (insperatamente) dopo il tramonto con una luce estremamente diffusa a causa della foschia prodotta da tutto il vapore in sospensione. La resa finale, ripeto, a me piace e la trovo compatibile con quanto ho visto quella sera. Poi, ovviamente, una foto non può essere la restituzione di una relatà oggettiva ma è sempre il prodotto di un'interpretazione che termina appunto con la resa finale attraverso la postproduzione. Ci sta quindi assolutamente che a te (e magari ad altri) possa sembrare non completamente convincente!

Bob70 Thanks for the comments: I for one am happy with the performance of this. The situation was very special because of the large amount of spray raised by the stormy sea and the wind was very strong. Regarding the tone of pinkish this happened (unexpectedly) after sunset with a light extremely widespread due to the haze produced by all the steam in suspension. The final result, I repeat, I like and I find it compatible with what I saw that night. Then, of course, a picture can not be returned to a reality in objective but it is always the product of an interpretation that ends precisely with the final yield through postproduction. There is therefore absolutely that you (and maybe others) may not sound entirely convincing!
