Il più bel sfondo che per ora hai fatto, mi piace molto. Bello il titolo, in linea con la ripresa che hai fatto. Buono il controluce , nemmeno a me fa impazzire quel (unico) flare centrale, se fosse stato in compagnia  magari sarebbe stata un'altra cosa.
Prima o poi posterai anche qualche fiore aperto

per i flare che disturbano il mio timore era quello di peggiorare la situazione cercando di toglierli, ma visto le vostre indicazioni ci proverò.

Questa è senz'altro meglio di quella con identico soggetto già postata, in particolare è molto bello lo sfondo, ben esposto ed impreziosito del calore della luce del mattino.
Stiamo migliorando.
Però se vuoi veramente fare della Macro con la M maiuscola DEVI usare il cavalletto!
In questo caso per esempio, mantenendo il diaframma 2.8 per sfocare lo sfondo, con il cavalletto avresti dovuto fare più scatti variando la messa a fuoco di pochi millimetri con l'utilizzo di una slitta micrometrica per poi unirli con la tecnica del focus stacking e l'apposita funzione di PS. Avresti avuto lo stesso sfondo ben sfuocato ma il fiore sarebbe stato più a fuoco, più nitido. Sono piccole differenze... ma che contano.
Il flare che per me disturba di più è quello "binoculare" contro il bordo di sx, perciò ti propongo questo taglio 4:3 che lo elimina portando nel contempo il soggetto sul terzo di sx: www.dropbox.com/s/gfg9hot0hvrj58r/1275657_bis.jpg?dl=0

I agree that the background with the drops of light is very nice, apart from the "soap bubble" above:-D
