Il fiore è ripreso bene con i pistilli in evidenza, mi piace anche lo sfondo che valorizza i colori del fiore.
Solo il fiore lo avrei preferito meno a lato, meno ai margini, anche se ammetto che la compo è sempre soggettiva.

con questo taglio del fiore, sarebbe stato da avvicinarsi un pochino, per togliere un pò di sfondo che occupa troppo spazio.
così sembra che hai sbagliato ad inquadrare.
se dividi la foto in quattro quadrati il fiore occupa solo 1 quadrato, quello in basso a sinistra.
avresti dovuto dividere in tre parti, sia in altezza che in larghezza(come il gioco del tris) a formare 9 quadrati.
ed al fiore fargliene occupare almeno 4. stesso angolo.
speriamo di essermi spiegato.
hai comunque avuto una buona idea, interessante lo studio che hai messo sui due fiori in gallery, hai buon occhio
