Molti anni fa ho smesso di fare diving perchè sottocosta il fondale era diventato una discarica, e parlo del Mar Ligure che è già controllato sistematicamente da Capitaneria di Porto, Carabinieri Polizia e Finanza... in assenza di controlli, posso ben immaginare gli scempi che accadono quotidianamente... siamo un popolo di scellerati...
