con Sigma 2x TC-2001 at 290mm, 1/250 f/5.6, ISO 1250, hand held. Pipeline Road, Panama. Specie: Phaenostictus mcleannani

Taken inside the rainforest off the trail during and Army Ant Swarm. Wide open with the 2xTC at F5.6 at 280mm. Photo cropped to remove as many distracting elements as possible which is not always easy in the forest. I was bitten a few times by the Army Ants while getting the shots. **Pop-up flash on camera used as it was very dark inside the forest!
