in Austria, Tirolo, nella zona di Ehrwald, vicino al confine con la Germania e a Garmisch, camminando nei boschi se ne riescono a sentire e anche a vedere. Di solito si aggrappano sulle cortecce mantenendosi piuttosto bassi, diciamo ad altezza uomo.
Questo è stato particolarmente confidente. Facevo un'escursione in montagna con mia moglie e per fortuna avevo la macchina al collo col 400 5,6 montato: mi ha concesso di effettuare una quindicina di scatti, poi si è spostato un po' più in là, ma al buio del bosco.
