Uno dei difetti più grandi che noi tutti (me compreso) abbiamo è quello che ci lamentiamo sempre, non importa per cosa, non importa quanto, ci sarà sempre qualcosa che non ci va bene, che vorremmo andasse meglio. La verità è che a volte bisognerebbe fermarsi un attimo, e pensare: sono davvero così sfortunato? Se c'è una cosa che ho imparato è che c'è sempre qualcuno che sta peggio di te. Bisognerebbe imparare a smettere di lamentarsi e far qualcosa per risolvere i propri problemi. Bisogna agire, e quando serve voltarsi per vedere che non ci sono solo quelli che stanno meglio, ma anche tanti che stanno peggio. Ogni tanto mi piace sentirmi fortunato, e non penso che non ci sia modo migliore per esprimere questo stato d'animo che con una delle foto che ho fatto in Islanda in una grotta di ghiaccio vicino alla laguna glaciale Jokulsarlon.
