Bella la luce sullo sfondo e particolare il primo piano, rivedrei forse i rapporti di luminosità, mi sembra troppo scura la parte alta rispetto alla bassa

Per ridimensionamento e sharp, sempre valido il metodo Juza

Solo con le ultime versioni di Ps consiglio di settare il metodo d'd'interpolazione su Bicubic (smooth gradients) altrimenti con l' automatic di default applica bicubic sharper e da un'ulteriore mdc che si somma a quella che dai tu creando un effetto troppo forte
