L'83a è stata un'edizione epica, con neve e pioggia ma non abbastanza freddo da evitare pozzaghere di fango da mazzo metro e salite dove in molti sono stati costretti a strisciare. Era duro pure fotografare. Per il panning andavano troppo piano e gli obiettivi tutti appannati nonostante i nuovi "impermeabilini". Io ho usato il vecchio trucco della calza spuntata e per un pò ha funzionato. (;-). Per la cronaca il n. 68 Luca scapecchi (mio nipote) ha fatto un'ottimo 39° posto migliorando il precedente 42° ma tra un gruppo di eroi capitanato dai migliori Kenyani ed Etiopi; tra i quali il vincitore Muktar Edris.
