Lo avrei inserito un po' più in alto nel fotogramma, chiudendo anche leggermente il diaframma per vedere se la pdc procuratami era sufficiente a coprire anche la sommità della rosa.
I would have added a bit 'higher in the frame, closing slightly the diaphragm to see if the pdc procured was enough to cover the top of the rose.

Pigi per quanto riguarda il diaframma hai pienamente ragione, questa è una foto un pò datata e non capivo bene cosa fosse la profondità di campo il diaframma ecc. ecc. non è che ora sono una cima intendiamoci ma almeno sò la dofferenza.
Invece per quanto riguarda la posizione io mi sono affidato a LR nel modulo sviluppo seguendo la regola dei terzi,non so dirti altro
