I write here because this, along with the other two, is the photo that I find more apt with the title. Title with that of a "dramatic" and heartbreaking: at least this is the idea that gives me that "forever" at the end.
Second premise: I find it very interesting and original sequence.
That said: in some photos light seems a bit 'too flat and this penalizes the shots, at least for my taste.
The shots, sometimes "discontinuous" (in the sense that some are dramatic and / or desperate, while others give the feeling of waiting and anxious ... "temporary", in clear contrast with the title forever) I want to convey those feelings of "ups and downs", false hopes and bitter disappointments that are crossed at the end of a romance (if it was to have intuito properly the intentions of the author).
Apt also the setting even if I would have avoided the candles, especially arranged so symmetrical and orderly around the carpet.
The final did not go down but ... there is everything.
This series, in my opinion, has a strength and a limit at the same time: it must be looked at as a whole. One click alone (aside from a few) does not do, says little, but overall I find a good job, very interesting despite its technical limits. We say that the purely aesthetic, here, is not what matters.
I can only express a positive opinion to this work. Scrivo qui perchè questa, insieme ad altre due, è la foto che trovo più azzeccata con il titolo. Titolo con un che di "drammatico" e straziante: per lo meno questa è l'idea che mi da quel "forever" alla fine.
Seconda premessa: trovo la sequenza molto interessante ed originale.
Detto ciò: in alcune foto la luce mi sembra un po' troppo piatta e questo penalizza gli scatti, per lo meno per i miei gusti.
Gli scatti, a volte "discontinui" (nel senso che alcuni sono drammatici e/o disperati, mentre altri danno la sensazione di un'attesa trepidante e... "temporanea", in palese contrasto col forever del titolo) credo vogliano trasmettere quelle sensazioni di "alti e bassi", false speranze e cocenti delusioni che si attraversano alla fine di una storia sentimentale (ammesso e non concesso che abbia intuito correttamente le intenzioni dell'autrice).
Azzeccata anche l'ambientazione anche se avrei evitato le candele, soprattutto disposte in modo così simmetrico ed ordinato attorno al tappeto.
Il finale non mi va giù ma... ci sta tutto.
Questa serie, secondo me, ha un punto di forza ed un limite allo stesso tempo: deve essere guardata nel suo insieme. Uno scatto da solo (a parte qualcuno) non rende, dice poco, mentre nell'insieme lo trovo un buon lavoro, molto interessante pur con i suoi limiti tecnici. Diciamo che la questione puramente estetica, qui, non è ciò che interessa.
