Grazie mille, Steff!  Sono daccordo con te, anche se (a livello estetico) ho almeno altri due velivoli che ammiro in particolar modo: il Chance Vought F4U Corsair e l'italianissimo Macchi MC 205 V Veltro. Di Mustang ce ne sono ancora parecchi in condizioni di volo, soprattutto negli States. I "polished" sono un po' impegnativi a livello di esposizione, soprattutto quando la luce è come nella foto qui sopra; infatti, pur non essendo perfetta, si tratta di un HDR su una forcella a tre, che ho cercato di rendere più "naturale" possibile, visto che non amo molto l'aspetto "illustrazione" degli HDR esasperati... 
Thanks a lot, Steff! :-) I agree with you, though (aesthetically) have at least two other aircraft that I admire in particular: the Vought F4U Corsair and the very Italian Macchi MC 205 V Greyhound. Mustang there are still many in flight conditions, especially in the States. The "polished" are a bit 'challenging level of exposure, especially when the light is like in the picture above; Indeed, while not perfect, it is an HDR on a fork to three, that I tried to make it more "natural" as possible, because I do not love the look "illustration" of HDR exasperated ...;-) Grazie mille, Steff! concordo sul lato estetico ed il corsair sul pacifico fece bene il suo mestiere.il p51d però fu un aereo concettualmente rivoluzionario.per primo consenti di applicare la strategia detta "superiorità aerea" che in parole povere vuol dire non difendere il proprio spazio aereo ma occupare quello del nemico negandogli ogni spazio e rifugio.in questo senso i caccia americani nati successivamente sono stati "ispirati" dal mustang 51d incluso il mitico e rivoluzionario f22 raptor.
in un certo senso il p51d è stato uno "spartiacque".
alla collezione dei supercaccia II WW non farei mancare l'fw190 ta152.
quanto alla difficoltà di fotografare le cromature concordo appieno

I agree on the aesthetic side and the Pacific on the corsair did well his mestiere.il P51D, however, was a plane conceptually rivoluzionario.per first allow to apply the strategy known as "air superiority" which in simple terms means not to defend its airspace but occupy the enemy's denying any space and rifugio.in this sense the American fighters born later were "inspired" by the mustang 51d including the legendary and revolutionary f22 raptor.
in a sense the P51D was a "watershed".
the collection of supercaccia WW II would not do miss the FW190 ta152.
