gone with the wind sent on February 09, 2015 (11:30) by Herman. 44 comments, 1686 views.

Very beautiful and very impressive this Ermanno. It has a charm to be up there to listen to the mountain when he gets angry; you feel very small. I love it.

Gianmarco Thanks:-)
..from what I understand the wind must have raged a bit all over the north of Italy creating many "troubles"! Regarding the composition of the main problem was to try to prevent the goal to fill with snow .. and I assure you it was not easy because the wind, as well as being very strong, often changing direction! :-D we say that it was a good test for sealing the D90! :-D;-)
Hello There:-)

Hello Joseph:-)
you're right .. even when you least expect Nature always finds new ways to leave you speechless .. even though in this case it was not really recommended! :-D;-)
It 'a bit like your flowers .. you can have them seen countless times but suddenly make you discover something that you had not even noticed them ..;-)
Thank You ..:-)

That icy atmosphere, you feel the cold !!

Thanks Catherine:-)
I'm glad that manages to convey that feeling .. although the discomfort increased, rather than from the cold, was given abrasive effect of frozen snow blowing in the wind! ;-)

Hello Herman,
it is the fault of the position of the Larian triangle! A month ago on Bolettone I could not even stand up by pulling large.
I must say that your picture reminds me very well that (bad) time. Bravo.

Hello and thank Nikcola..ti'm really happy that you enjoyed !! ;-):-)
Hilary, the real "miracle" was that even though I had frozen snow everywhere I could, as well as shooting, also to limit the damage to the D90 that I kept constantly hanging from the neck:-) ..devo say that his estate in these conditions amazed me! ..a another small point in favor of the "old lady":-D;-)
The only thing that I have been forced to give up was the replacement of the lens .. I would say that was not the case !! :-D:-D
Hello and thank you !! :-)

You're right George .. the fact of making a watershed between the two branches of the lake for sure does not help in this way !! ;-)
I tried the same on your feelings just come back .. and I'm not really a twig! :-D
I was so convinced of a leisurely excursion I had also invited a "neophyte" mountain to join us .. I would say that was just a nice "baptism" !! :-D
Hello and thank you !! :-)
