Questa foto così com'è ricorda l'essenza della vita un po' di tutti noi: talvolta chiara, bianca, solare fino a bruciarsi, confondersi, perdede il dettaglio della trama come la parte alta del berretto. La luce in alto è richiamo metafisico della parte spirituale dell'uomo. E' luce talmente alta da aver bisogno, per l'uomo stesso, di uno schermo. Bene così. Di contro, altre volte oscura, nera opaca, impenetrabile come il nero del maglione che nasconde, con pudore, i dettagli del cuore, quasi per proteggere i sentimenti intimi.
In mezzo tutte le tonalità del grigio per comunicare con gli altri ciò che si vorrebbe comunicare, o meglio, visto che lo sguardo non incrocia con chi registra la situazione, ciò che gli altri vogliono selettivamente recepire in quel momento. E' il mistero ed il fascino del clown.
