Ti ringrazio molto per i complimenti, sei gentile! Per quanto riguarda il braccio, hai ragione, è più illuminato perchè il flash on camera puntava lì (avrei probabilmente dovuto inclinarlo un po' verso destra), speravo non desse molto fastidio. Avevo anche un altro flash in modalità slave messo dietro la testa della modella. Ti ringrazio per avermelo fatto notare, pensavo fosse un dettaglio da nulla ma in effetti bastava inclinarlo un po' e avrei evitato ogni problema. 
@Matteo, grazie mille! Effettivamente potevo anche usare la coperta come sfondo ma non era abbastanza lunga per coprire la modella e lo sfondo per cui ho dovuto lasciare l'armadio bianco come fondale. Per quanto riguarda il taglio, purtroppo gli spazi erano molto ristretti e questo è il risultato migliore che sono riuscito ad ottenere, ovviamente a mio modo di vedere.
Avevo paura a tagliare troppo vicino al gomito per cui ho tagliato poco sopra i capelli, spero non sia un grosso problema.

Thank you very much for the compliments, you are kind! As for the arm, you're right, it is more enlightened because the flash on camera was pointing there (I would probably have to tilt it a bit 'to the right), I was hoping not give much trouble. I also had another flash in slave mode put behind the model's head. Thank you for letting me know, I thought it was a detail from anything but in fact it was enough to tilt it a bit 'and I would have avoided any problem. :-)
Matteo, Thanks a lot! Actually I could also use the blanket as a background but it was not long enough to cover the model and the background so I had to leave the closet as white backdrop. As regards the cutting, unfortunately the spaces were very narrow and this is the best result that they are able to obtain obviously in myto see.
I was afraid to cut too close to the elbow so I cut just above the hair, I hope it is not a big problem.

Molto bella sia la posa che la modella! Come ti hanno già fatto notare il braccio è più illuminato rispetto al viso, un pochino si nota, ma la foto rimane lo stesso bella, complimenti
