Con il sensore APS-C della Nikon D3200, crop factor x1,5, puoi scattare a F5,6 e hai la profondità di campo equivalente a F8 del FullFrame, più che sufficiente a sfocare lo sfondo a 4-500mm di focale come penso avrai usato tu.
Sempre a ISO800, invece di 1/640s e F7,1 a F5,6 ti trovavi 1/1000s e il micromosso diminuiva e lo sfondo era un poco più sfocato, potevi anche mettere F4 vista la posizione del soggetto con testa e coda quasi equidistanti dal punto di ripresa.
La riduzione del rumore di fondo in post da mettere a punto? La D3200 non ha ancora un sensore della ultima generazione Sony/Nikon e a ISO800 genera già una discreta dose di rumore, con Lightroom 5 o altra applicazione e un po di pazienza lo spennellavi via.
