Ho fatto un giro nella tua gallery rapaci, ottimi soggetti. Questa molto bella e secondo me migliorabile con un filo di nitidezza soprattutto sulla testa e sulle ali. Anche secondo me gli Iso indicati forse non sono corretti.
I took a ride in your gallery raptors, good subjects. This very beautiful and I think improved with a little sharpness especially on the head and wings. Ringrazio tutti per la valutazione. In effetti anche a me sembra ci sia molto rumore, però confermo i 160 ISO. Devo dire che non avevo la luce a favore (quella poca che c'era) e che ho dovuto intervenire in post alzando molto le ombre.
Inoltre ho alzato un po' la nitidezza, forse non ho realizzato un buon lavoro di post... boo... ho delle foto con la stessa macchina ed ottica ad iso decisamente più alti ma meno rumore, devo imparare moltissimo 
I thank everyone for evaluation. In fact it seems to me there is a lot of noise, but I confirm 160 ISO. I must say that I had the light for (what little there was) and I had to step in raising post very shadows.
I also raised a little 'sharpness, maybe I have not made a good job of post ... boo ... Sempre bello il Gheppio, secondo il mio modestissimo parere, hai fatto bene a non dare troppo sharpening, probabilmente avresti aumentato il rumore, avrei invece provato in fase di scatto, ad abbassare il tempo, visto che il soggetto è in posa, a chiudere un po' il diaframma e al massimo, ad alzare un pochino gli ISO, ciao Riccardo.
Always nice kestrels, in my humble opinion, you did well not to give too much sharpening, probably would have increased the noise, I would have rather tried during shooting, to lower the time, given that the subject is posing, to close a bit 'the diaphragm and at most, to raise a little the ISO, Riccardo hello. Grazie Stefano e Riccardo , in effetti potevo abbassare il tempo di scatto ? che la foto ? stata fatta veramente in fretta (andando al lavoro in macchina ?) in più io spesso mi trovo del micro mosso ? nel mano libera e per questo motivo tendo a scattare con tempi molto brevi

Quoto Pmaffio and Richard, probably the noise has been accentuated by the recovery of the shadows, for safety times agree, especially freehand, sometimes a bean bag or monopod for these types of situations are very useful, easy to carry and always flow rate if necessary.
