The shot amplifies the realism of the picture, as seen from a window

Magnificent reproduction: two strange things, that you leave photograph, unless you do not have any special permission, and then, knowing how difficult it is to photograph oil but also tempera, you have control so perfect image. And then there is light, use the flash, or other types of lighting, and at 1/8 second freehand, really compliments your hand steadfast. You're a great popularizer of our art, a greeting.

Herod had him beheaded because of severe criticism addressed to the king, macraba ..... John the Baptist was the cousin of Jesus' venerated by all the Christian Churches is also present in the Qur'an as one of the greatest prophets who preceded Muhammad.
It was a very frequent subject in the painting of Michelangelo da Caravaggio who created at least eight paintings with this theme.
Well done the painting very nice and shooting! congratulations, greetings! :-)

Fabiana I want to dethrone: congratulations for your disquisition !!! :-D

Ellebi a friendly greeting, and as already mentioned in another thread: "by the end of May 2014 came into force on the ministerial decree on culture (Decree Law 83 of 31.5.2014, converted into Law 07/29/2014 n. 106). .The decree ArtBonus goes in this direction and changes in part the old regulation [Code of cultural heritage and landscape Legislative Decree 22 January 2004 n. 42] . The liberalization of depiction in Italian museums is now possible with any electronic device without flash, tripod or stand and respect for people in the room. The picture, however, must be used for non-profit and in this case can be shared on networks sociali.Da this liberalization are excluded playback of archives and bibliografici. "then you see no flash but only the lights in the room, that is to say that they are a common spectator taking pictures like many others trying to optimize framing and lighting with a pdr adequate, then not all the donuts they can with the hole !!! certain is that the Canon 16-35 f4 IS gives me a big hand !!!

Cat and Jessy always welcome your comments !!! ;-)

So a good weekend to you all, Dante

Hello Dante, years ago I was lucky enough to see the beheading of John the Baptist by Caravaggio. It was in Florence for restoration and was about to start in the ship to return to Malta. A painting really spectacular, but this is no joke. Good light, but little comment I follow you! Gianfranco

hello Adri and Gianfranco, shots of paintings I've made several important but not post them all, maximum 4 still pictures and then change the subject, another thing to go live this Savoy Gallery that almost takes you half a day if you wants to go to the bottom, it is not certain that the National Gallery in London but the cost of the ticket is abundantly repaid from the bathroom of pictorial culture that surrounds you in a truly relaxing!
thanks for your visit friends and good evening!
