Il soggetto principale sono gli occhi della sposa, scuri e intensi e principalmente l' occhio sinistro è su quet' occhio che si posa lo sguardo di chi osserva questo ritratto. Poi naturalmente gli occhi spostandosi su altri punti dell' immagine vengono a scoprire altri particolari più o meno a fuoco del ritratto.
L' importante è la freschezza, la giovinezza e la dolcezza che gli occhi di questo ritratto trasmettono.
