Ciao Luca, I haven't Rotated plate in PP. It was just Like that. I was standing on a table. I' ve just slide my camera on a left side to give a little dynamic form at the plate. I work it out then in Lightroom, that' s all I've done. Yes, the correct way to say that would be " spaghetti pepperoncini and pesto" ?.. Pesto it was the Genovese one.... Anyway, I love it! Yes, I know about Pesto Genovese, I'm doing it as a ''home made'' many times, Because I was working as a Italian chef into some Italian restaurant at the North-sea at Germany Seaside.
