Very nice shot! I did not understand if you loss a piece of dish in PP by rotating the shot or if you choosed this option in acquisition but the plate was tilted a very nice idea!

Ciao Luca, I haven't Rotated plate in PP. It was just Like that. I was standing on a table. I' ve just slide my camera on a left side to give a little dynamic form at the plate. I work it out then in Lightroom, that' s all I've done. Yes, the correct way to say that would be " spaghetti pepperoncini and pesto" ?.. Pesto it was the Genovese one.... Anyway, I love it!
