Guardando la versione in alta risoluzione, credo ci siano grossi problemi di post produzione: le ali sembrano spatolate!!
Non ho mai visto un effetto così "glassato": per curiosità, che regolazioni hai applicato?

Ciao MauroW,si la post non e il mio forte, sicuramente e stata la riduzione rumore fatta con neat image che me la resa come di te Glassata , ho provato a ri sviluppare il raw e forse qualcosa e migliorato, hai qualche consiglio da darmi? grazie e ciao Dario

Non conosco quel programma (io uso Lightroom), e comunque di post produzione me ne intendo poco pure io.
Però, applicando una esagerata riduzione del rumore, il difetto che si dovrebbe vedere è quello di una forte grana, mentre nella tua c'è l'effetto contrario.
Prova a non applicare riduzione del rumore, ma solo ad accentuare un po' il contrasto e la chiarezza, poi valuta se viene meglio o peggio
