Duell,non ho visto esemplari con radiocollare ma molti hanno queste etichette alle orecchie per motivi scientifici.
in vetta al sanetti plateau c'è un centro dove spesso ci sono i ricercatori che controllano il microclima ,l'acqua,le piante ecc ecc.ovvio che il lupo dell'abissinia è il soggetto da proteggere per eccellenza e quindi avranno spesso analisi e controlli vari.il rischio è che una popolazione isolata venga falcidiata da una malattia tipo la rabbia cosa peraltro già successa.
oggi il sanetti plateau su ca 1000km2 detiene la popolazione + grande di questo animale.sono ca 250 su 500 rimasti.
un altro centinaio sono nel parco simien e poi ci sono altre 4 popolazioni isolate molto piccole.quindi si capisce che gli esemplari del sanetti sono di fondamentale importanza x la specie.
