Per morbida si intende poco nitida...al mosso dovuto ad un tempo di scatto troppo lento e all'utilizzo del moltiplicatore hai probabilmente aggiunto la diffrazione per il diaframma troppo chiuso.
Usa l'obiettivo senza moltiplicatore e cerca di utilizzare un tempo intorno a 1/500 se il soggetto è immobile(se si muove il tempo deve essere più veloce) e tieni il diaframma tra f8 e f10...a f8 il 150-500 restituisce i risultati migliori.
