Ciao luca.I ravoli al plin/del plin è un primo piatto delle Langhe/Monferrato. Si stende un sottile foglio di pasta fatta in casa,sul quale si mettono delle palline di impasto d'arrosto e verdure e si ricopre con un'altro sottile foglio di pasta. A questo punto si pizzica la pasta tra le palline di ripieno e si taglia; ottenendo così i ravioli.
