Ciao Luca, quello che stanno costruendo è una stuoia di canne rigide, dove sopra si stendevano i fichi tagliati a metà ,per poterli essiccare al sole,dopo di che si univano con all'interno mandorle e buccia di limone e si infornavano.Questo era il dolce dei tempi antichi:-P
