febbraio 2014 considera che, nonostante il rialzo delle temperature, siamo arrivati in val Ferret alle ore 9 con una temperatura di -8 gradi chiaramente con la valle ancora in ombra quindi per non fare congelare mia moglie abbiamo dovuto aspettare una ora circa dentro un bar per scaldarci un po purtroppo basta andare in estate in val Veny percorrendo il sentiero verso il bivacco Mont Fortin esattamente di fronte al Combal ormai non piu' gelato da dove parte la via normale per il Bianco per rendersi conto che in diversi anni il ghiacciaio principale si e' ritirato parecchio
