Si utilizza in genere per eliminare quei piccoli dettagli che disturbano l'immagine, tipo i cavi come in questo caso, piccole macchie di sporco dovuti a polvere sul sensore, o puntini sulla pelle nel caso di ritratti, ramoscelli o fili d'erba che magari si sovrappongono al soggetto, e via di seguito. Lo strumento "clona" è una specie di pennello con due punte. Una punta legge un'area "buona" dell'immagine (che scegli tu ovviamente, in genere vicino alla parte da cancellare) e l'altro la copia sui punti in cui passa.
In DPP si trova nel menù Strumenti-->Avvia strumento timbro e poi, ingrandendo l'immagine al 100% clicchi sul pulsante "Seleziona sorgente clona".
Nel tuo caso potresti selezionare un punto di cielo vicino ad ogni cavo e "clonarlo" cioè copiarlo sopra il cavo che viene così sostituito dal cielo.
Ovviamente scegli tu anche la dimensione del pennello così da agire solo sulle parti che vuoi sostituire.
