Focus Stacking (18 scatti) di due mixomiceti - essenzialmente è un'immagine di documentazione di questi microrganismi nell'unica fase della loro vita in cui sono visibili anche a occhio nudo. i "tuorli" sono sporofori di Lycogala epidendrum (circa 5 mm di diametro) attorniati da Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa, anche questo nella fase di produzione delle spore (gli aghi sono di Picea abies, mentre le "orecchiette" in basso a dx sono funghetti lignicoli del genere Stereum; insomma, un microcosmo!)

in effetti di solito ne faccio meno, ma ho visto che con soggetti così ravvicinati è molto facile che non ci sia una perfetta sovrapposizione di maf, soprattutto perché lavoro in modo "artigianale", senza una slitta micrometrica e variando manualmente la focalizzazione (una pizza!!!); soprattutto quando i soggetti sono così ricchi di particolari preferisco allungare un po' il lavoro.
