I'm not an expert in post production, but since I am here to learn how to tell you I tried to develop the raw file regarding the brightness of the picture.
I set out on the sky in the shot to preserve the sun's rays; in processing I tried not to raise much the brightness of the picture so as not to lose intensity rays and turned up only 0.3 exposure.
I also tried to open the shades to balance the light of the overall picture, but from the palaces of the embankment I jumped out a shade of brown pastel removed at sunset a little prominent. And then I left the dark shadows for better contrast between the sky and the rest.
