Sono decisamente sorpreso dai dati di scatto: diaframma chiuso, iso bassi, un tempo neppure tanto veloce, eppure il risultato è più che apprezzabile, per essere un soggetto in volo...
I'm definitely surprised by shooting data: aperture, ISO low, once even much faster, but the result is more than welcome to be a subject in flight ... Per il tempo di scatto utilizzando il flash su 7100 il massimo che puoi impostare come velocità è appunto 1/320.

Io trovo che 1/320 sia un tempo adeguato (oltre 3 volte la focale dell'obbiettivo....), anche perchè i sirfidi abitualmente praticano il volo stazionario e quindi sono praticamente fermi (mentre le ali sono velocissime).
Direi che si tratta di uno scatto molto ben riuscito; il flash ha generato qualche riflesso di troppo, ma comunque una bella foto complimenti!
I find that 1/320 is a proper time (more than three times the focal lens ....), partly because the hoverflies habitually practicing hovering and then are practically stationary (while the wings are very fast).
I would say that this is a shot very well managed; the flash has generated some reflection of too much, but still a nice picture congratulations! Ero molto vicino,ho comunque anche applicato un leggero crop,più che altro per la composizione.
Devi comunque cercare di fare queste foto alla mattina,abbastanza presto,perchè si muovono molto meno.
Poi come dice esattamente Giulianoma,i sirfidi hanno un volo molto stazionario,e se hai un po,anzi,molta pazienza qualche cosa di buono si riesce quasi sempre a fare.
