Ecco un altro scorcio d'Islanda, speduto e molto particolare, lo abbiamo trovato dopo parecchie ore in jeep, dispersi in una zona desolata perchè mi ero dimenticato in ostello il gps.. riprendo anche qui un testo che scrissi quel giorno: Giornata ventosa (qua significa che per poco non volano macchine) e piovosa, quindi cosa c'è di meglio che fotografare due delle più grosse (e belle) cascate d'islanda? Sono completamente lavato e come una conchiglia custodisce il rumore del mare, io ho la turbina di un aereo che mi fischia nelle orecchie. A proposito di aerei, ho fotografato anche il relitto di un vecchio Dakota, il cui pilota ha ben visto di atterrare in mezzo ad una spiaggia nera, completamente deserta e il cui veivolo giace qui da allora. Francamente non so se sia sopravvissuto all'impatto, mi piace pensarlo vivo, mentre maledice l'Islanda scoprendo che il primo villaggio è a 50km da lui, col vento e la pioggia... Magari si chiamava pure Francesco.
