Questo scatto è del 2012, precisamente febbraio, infatti qui la Freedom Tower è ancora incompleta come hai giustamente notato.
Da ieri sto cominciando a caricare i primissimi scatti fatti la scorsa settimana, dove la Freedom Tower si vede completa
Tra l'altro, da fine Gennaio, dovrebbero aprire al pubblico l'osservatorio sulla torre!!! Non vedo l'ora di poterci andare per fare una panoramica dal financial district verso l'Empire, deve essere qualcosa di stupendo!

Since yesterday I'm beginning to load the first few shots taken last week, where the Freedom Tower is seen complete;-)

Come dici i lavori al world trade center vanno avanti, sia la memorial Plaza che il nuovo trasportation hub sembrano molto interessanti da fotografare! Non vedo l'ora di tornare a New York per poterli vedere dal vivo
