Il ragno immagino sia su una foglia e, nella foto si vede quasi lungo la diagonale, una strisciolina di foglia a fuoco.
Questa strisciolina a fuoco, si interrompe in basso a destra rispetto al ragno (ovvero sotto le zampe sinistre del ragno), mentre mi aspetterei che fosse a fuoco, essendo la foglia piana e continua.
Non so se mi sono spiegato chiaramente

The spider guess is on a leaf and, in the picture you see almost along the diagonal, a strip of leaf in focus.
This strip in focus, stops at the bottom right of the spider (or under the feet of the sinister spider), while I would expect it to be in focus, being the leaf flat and continuous.

Si tratta solo di una conseguenza di un focus stacking fatto con soli tre scatti a f/8
