Looking a bit 'ill-defined and sharp, probably micromossa. Definitely the speed and the compositions are much better than the other.
From the bottom of my inexperience recommend:
1) Shutter speed a bit 'faster (at least 1/100 better if you can use 1/250)
2) Maybe (and I stress the maybe) in this case the iris slightly closed would have been better ... although since there is no shooting data to tell you I do not know if the lack of definition can depend on this ...
3) Increase the contrast in PP

Hello Andrea La vedo un po' poco definita ed incisiva, probabilmente micromossa. Sicuramente la posa e la composizioni sono molto migliori dell'altra.
Dal basso della mia inesperienza consiglierei:
1) Tempi di posa un po' più rapidi (minimo 1/100 meglio se riesci ad usare 1/250)
2) Forse (e sottolineo il forse) in questo caso il diaframma lievemente più chiuso avrebbe giovato...anche se non essendoci dati di scatto non sò dirti se la scarsa definizione può dipendere anche da questo...
3) Aumentare il contrasto in PP
4) Sistemare un po' lo scatto in PP: strumento timbro clone per eliminare qualche capello scapigliato finito sul viso e qualche piccola imperfezione della pelle, un po' di maschera per valorizzare i bellissimi occhi della modella
