Nitididissima and beautiful colors! Congratulations! A focal perfect for the Moon! The ETX125 is a Maksutov-Cassegrain?

Hello Mario, I also have a D90 and I plan to buy a ETX. I saw that ETX125 are still on the market even though on the site Meade now the largest model in production is 90. What about the telescope? And the hype?
Thanks

Reply to Astro_Kiara is the ETX 125 is a Maksutov-Cassegrain, which in my opinion, under certain conditions can be used as terrestrial tele 2300 mm.! Hello Zipablo, the ETX 125 is still in production, without spending a lot of many satisfaction, I just know that the importer is no longer the Focas of Florence, but must be sought in rete.Per what concerns the motorized mount is not the best, it gets better, but then you have to see how much you are willing to spend .... Regards Mario

Hi Mario, really congratulations, the sharpness is absurd, I can ask you how you managed to keep low ISO, to shoot and 1/40 and get that quality? I have a similar telescope but being a f13 to freeze the image I have to shoot from 1/400 up and climb at least to iso800 resulting in loss of quality
thanks a lot and still compliments

Some of the merit is the noise reduction with Photoshop.
