Io mi ricordo benissimo questi letti, se non sbaglio questi erano quelli economici o moderni, i miei nonni che si erano sposati agli inizi del 1900 avevano il letto in legno ma la forma della testiera era la stessa, con la sola differenza che la testiera dell'uomo era più alta di quella della donna, naturalmente come riferisce Mauro i materassi erano imbottiti di penne di gallina e i piumini erano di piuma d'oca caldi e leggerissimi. un cordiale saluto MArio
