Li ho sempre visti mangiare foglie da piccoli arbusti (sono browser, non grazer) ed è stato stranissimo osservare questo esemplare passare più di 20 minuti a litigare con il suo boccone: non riusciva a masticarlo per cui continuava a farlo cadere a terra e sembrava non voler mai rinunciare all'impresa... come infine ha dovuto fare, lasciandolo rotolare per terra.
