Bell'ingrandimento, complimenti!

Bell'ingrandimento, congratulations! It would be interesting shooting data, given the series should focus stacking

Published data, I made stacking with PS, but I'm not very satisfied, there is a lot alone, try again with Sonata (you know some replacement software as well as helicon?)

Ciao
Paolo

With data Pierluigi, for me it is a very good result from my limited experience more on focus stacking, I saw that the results depend on how far you move the focus gradually, however, because the resume point changes by changing the focus and results in inaccuracies when the software goes to recombine levels.
But you've got it, and you renew the compliments.
Hello
Paolo

From the number of shots I conclude that the subject was very collaborative, so too bad you have devoted your patience and your attention only to the shots without taking into consideration the high light on one side and the shadow on the other. A panel filter and a diffuser with the help of Plamp could help. However, for this good work done in my opinion with an uneasy technique.

www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=1091276&l=it

Saluti a tutti

Hello Fiji, with the passage .. I have tried in various ways to bounce the flash first with a white card, then with foil, this is the most I've got directing the flash from top to basso..devo try again :)

I ran another stack with Sonata and I got a much better result in terms of sharpness and halos, check it out

www.juzaphoto.com/m_galleria.php?t=1091276&l=it

In any case, I want to clarify that the subject was actually very cooperative, having been freeze-dried from the bulb of the ceiling of the kitchen :)

Greetings to all

piero

Unfortunately an incorrect light management has made shooting difficult to read, because as you say the collaborativita subject was assured I see no reason why you used the flash and natural light opprtunamente directed, using flash often if not always with this type of shots is not very satisfactory, the different types of software often give different results on the same sequence always best to try all those available as the yield differences from time to time are often considerable.
I have not posted in the shot motato obvious casting errors what is lacking and 'as I said earlier and' proper light diffusion.
It must be said, however, that the technique of focus staking excellent results but it is very tricky to manage.
One question, to focus on the different focal planes have acted on the ring mf lens or have acted onmicrometer slide?

saluti

Piero hello, thank you for the comment, I shot with flash because I did not have other solution and it was already dark.
will try to remove the flash from the subject and better spread the light.

levels I got them by operating the slide.

regards

Bravo

One shot very successful. As mentioned above better management of light would be helpful. Bravo

In fact the second version I like better, but as mentioned the problem of light is as important as sharpness, then later you will need to take this into account.
